Going Dutch:
there are 2 local artists that steered my own growth towards more heavy duty erotic art,
and also towards practicing it myself, as my motto remains:
you can never be out and proud and promoting things that you have not experienced yourself.
But obviously, apart from the early days of Vagevuur:
when Martin did have to pull me out of my comfort-zone,
and convince me I was the right person to record his scat parties in photos and video,
I needed no encouragement.
In fact, it was my own decision to look up my first Inspiration, the artist Willem Kok, aka Dorus,
and it was with great pleasure that I moved in with him,
and his attic at Marnixkade 69 Amsterdam became my very sexually charged pied-a-terre:
where my posing for some of his (fetish party poster) artwork, soon drew me into acting out our fantasies
including play piercing, total shaving, pis and other S&M acts, that turned quite bloody and intense:
In the tolerant days of the late 70's and early 80's he also drew my
theater-lightdesigner logo:
I proudly used it, even when it got frowned upon in the nineties and zero's, untill the end of my theater carreer.
the second major inspiration came soon after I moved in with Willem, as I got to know his colleague in fetish art:
Martin of Holland.
They both worked for the major extreme Dutch SM magazine of those days, called Centurion:
I'd never expected to ever get into this fetish, but being around
an incredible number of gorgeous proud and happy pigs-in-shit
did drew me in and from just filming, I gradually turned onto participating, and eventually becoming addicted:
not in the least encouraged by a young student tennant, who immediately applied for the free room at my place
because he was intrigued by my publications on Martin's art and scatparty vidclips:
after he moved in with me he quickly volunteered as model,
leafing through the Martin Brown Book for the promovid, we made in 2026 after he passed away in 2011:
and soon after we started iour mutual addiction to each other's soulfood.
